Please refer to Amazon's return policy for details on eligibility, process, and any applicable restocking fees. Exchanges:
While we don't offer refunds, we understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right or you might prefer a different option. We're happy to offer exchanges for eligible physical items (digital downloads are non-exchangeable).
How to Exchange:
Contact Us: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Let us know your order number and the item you'd like to exchange it for.
Eligibility:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.
Exchange Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange. We will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
Store Credit:
You can exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
